Hi all, those of you doing the 30 day challenge will notice that I modified
the exercising to choose ANY to do for 5 days. The reason for 5 is that
according to Wixipedia any more than 5 is un-needed and not healthy. It recommends
30 minutes of cardio exercise. The reason for the Any is so that you don’t
get bored doing just two things. I want to make this a doable, and healthy
challenge so that’s the reason for the changes. Have fun with the challenge!
